Piper Down had all the folks with a little Scottish in their hearts coming out for live music on Thursday. There were tons of give aways and pints of Guiness around this joint as the patrons took in a Jazz playoff game on one of many flat screen tv's. The staff and band were dressed in colorful kilts...
